Tiki isn’t just about the past—it’s an ever-evolving art form, shaped by some of today’s most innovative bartenders. In this seminar-style class, we’ll explore the work of modern tiki legends like Martin Cate, Jeff “Beachbum” Berry, and Shannon Mustipher, breaking down what makes their creations so special. We’ll highlight some of our favorite contemporary tiki cocktails, analyzing their balance, unique ingredient choices, and fresh approaches to tropical flavors. While this class is not hands-on, you’ll leave with a deep appreciation for modern tiki and the inspiration to bring these next-level drinks into your own repertoire.


Cheese Boards can be pre-ordered on the week of the class. Look out for an email reminder the Tuesday prior. 


We will be hosting these private events at our store, Mixing Glass & Market at 1500 Adams Ave 104A, Costa Mesa. Space for each event is limited to 24 people. Spots will be saved upon receipt of payment. Tickets are non-refundable. If you are part of a large party, but your group purchased tickets individually, please notify us so that we can seat you together.
