Tinned fish is trending and we are here for it! Gaby has been perfecting all the ways to style and utilize a variety of tinned fish both on a board and creating dishes (cooking) with them as well. Forget the sad days of plain sardines and saltines, we will show you that with the right accoutrements and wine, you can take it from a weekday "girl dinner" to a theme for your next party. From smoked mussels to sardines with yuzu koshu, we have a variety that will open your eyes to all the possibilities. Plus, we will be pairing it all with our favorite wines!
