A rosé made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Pinot Noir. Light in color, crisp and bright.

All varieties were fermented separately and blended post fermentation for aging. The Grenache and Syrah were 100% barrel fermented and aged. The Pinot Noir portion was fermented in stainless steel drums and blended and put to barrel to age. All lots were treated the same meaning whole cluster pressed directly to either neutral French oak barrels or stainless drums and allowed to begin primary fermentation. Once fermentation was complete the wines were sulfered and aged sur lees until bottling 5 months later. Organically farmed in Mendocino.
