Who says you need high proof to have high impact? In this hands-on class, we’re exploring the world of low-ABV cocktails—bright, complex, and packed with seasonal flavor. We’ll play with aperitivos, vermouths, and fortified wines to create drinks that are sessionable and satisfying. Perfect for day drinking, dinner parties, or just dialing it back without sacrificing taste.
Cheese Boards can be pre-ordered on the week of the class. Look out for an email reminder the Tuesday prior.
We will be hosting these private events at our store, Mixing Glass & Market at 1500 Adams Ave 104A, Costa Mesa. Space for each event is limited to 24 people. Spots will be saved upon receipt of payment. Tickets are non-refundable. If you are part of a large party, but your group purchased tickets individually, please notify us so that we can seat you together.
