Tximista Basque Vermouth Blanco is a fresh and lively vermouth from Northern Spain. This is the only Vermouth made from 100% Hondarrubi Zuri from Basque Country, an indigenous varietal found only in this very special part of Spain. Their vines grow along the Bay of Biscay, which is often ravaged by stormy weather, giving the grapes an electric mouth-feel, salinity and acidity. Together with a unique blend of herbs and botanicals, this lends the vermouth a fresh, crisp flavor perfect for mixing cocktails, drinking on the rocks with a simple twist, or a splash of soda.
