For this month's cocktail club, we'll be focusing on Japanese Whisky and its versatility in cocktails! We'll explore a spirit-forward, stirred cocktail, a yuzu sour, and a unique take on a highball. Also included in the kit is a new Californian amaro from Brucato that we've been loving. Dominant ingredients in this amaro are apricot, walnut, meyer lemon, orange, and cinnamon. It pairs perfectly with Japanese whisky in cocktails and is also delicious on its own. 

This month's kit will include:

• Nikka Days Blended Whisky (750ml)
  
• Brucato Amaro "Orchards" (750ml)
  
• Barbadillo Amontillado Sherry (750ml)
• YuzuCo Yuzu Super Juice
• Soda Water
• Sake
• A pre-recorded instructional video and three original cocktail recipes
  

One kit makes about 12-16 cocktails. Kits can be picked-up in store or shipped. Kits will be ready starting Friday, May 10th from our new store location at 1500 Adams Ave 104A, Costa Mesa.  If you decide to have your kit shipped with UPS, an adult will need to be present to sign for the kit. Kits will be available for purchase during the rest of the month.

Cocktail Club kits can be purchased one time or as a recurring monthly subscription.

Themes and ingredients will change each month.
